#iHitSendSunday was born from the many messages, emails, and comments from around the world when my poetry started picking up steam. People were seeing their own issues, fears, insecurities, triumphs, failures, concerns and hopes in my work. At first it was incredibly humbling, but then it seemed so awful that we keep it all inside. #iHitSendSunday is about talking openly about all the things that makes us human. That being said, I'm not a shrink- though I have been to a few.
